To help the public better understand the latest cyber risks and adopt practical protective measures, the Digital Policy Office (DPO), the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau (CSTCB) of the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) and the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT) co-organise the webinar titled “Innovate with Grace, Peace in Cyberspace”, in which cybersecurity experts will share up-to-date insights on the developments in the cyber landscape, existing risks and response strategies. Through the sharing, this webinar aims to enhance public awareness of cybersecurity.
The competition is conducted on a team basis for both registration and participation. Each participating team must design, build, and operate an AI-driven automated system capable of automatically analyzing the target range provided by the organiser, identifying vulnerabilities, and exploiting them. The vulnerabilities in the target range include both real-world scenario vulnerabilities and potential "zero-day vulnerabilities" inherent in the software itself.
