Microsoft has released security updates to address multiple vulnerabilities in Microsoft Edge. A remote attacker could entice a user to open a web page with specially crafted content on a vulnerable browser to exploit the vulnerabilities.
Reports indicated that proof-of-concept (PoC) exploit codes for multiple vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-112995, CVE-2026-113009, CVE-2026-113010, CVE-2026-113022, CVE-2026-113118, CVE-2026-113139, CVE-2026-113141, CVE-2026-113142, CVE-2026-113146, CVE-2026-113147 and CVE-2026-113331) are available. System administrators are advised to take immediate action to patch your affected systems to mitigate the elevated risk of cyber attacks.
Successful exploitation of the vulnerabilities could lead to remote code execution, information disclosure, security restriction bypass or tampering on an affected system.
System administrators and users of affected systems should update Microsoft Edge to version 156.0.4314.42 or later to address the issue.
